• Black Books Deadline Extended (August 17) — The pocket-sized Beef Record Service (BRS)/AngusSource® black books are still available for purchase through the American Angus Association.
• American Angus Association to Host Annual Meeting (August 16) — Make plans to attend Angus events this fall in Louisville, Ky.
• Tune in Monday for 'The Vita Ferm Angus Hour' (August 6) — The popular live television show returns to RFD-TV, with a focus on pre-weaning and weaning management.
• Complete National Junior Angus Show Coverage Online (August 5) — The American Angus Association provides complete coverage of the National Junior Angus Association (NJAA) members who "Rushed to the Rockies" during the weeklong event, which included more than a dozen educational contests in addition to the cattle show.
• AngusSource Surpasses Half-Million Mark (July 30) — The American Angus Association's AngusSource® program reached an important milestone this week, surpassing 500,000 head enrolled.
• Plan Now to Attend Virginia Beef Cattlemen's Field Day (July 29) — The Virginia Angus Association and Virginia Cattlemen's Association have teamed up for the second year in a row to sponsor the Virginia Beef Cattlemen's Field Day.
• AngusSource Carcass Challenge Second-Quarter Winners (July 26) — cattle from the University of Missouri earn recognition in the second quarter of the AngusSource® Carcass Challenge.
